Personal Finance is one area where I feel tremendous amount of awareness is required to be done. While we Indians are literate but when it comes to financial planning literacy, we are highly illiterate. This is one area where lot of skill development is needed for people associated with this industry.Financial planning awareness should be taken ahead as a movement/program in order to make India & Indians financially independent.Just like medical, financial planning is also skilled job.

Kindly make provision of short term government employment, thereby ensuring competition of newly skill developed personnel with existing government employees. This will keep existing government employees productive, at same time provide encouragement to newly skilled personnel post government service to start own enterprise.

I think skill development should start right from the degree level when student enters in college skill development should be part of syllabus for every stream for each semester and also this skill development subject should be designed according to industrial need and requirement students should be acclimatized to industrial needs there work and also problems of the industry facing.it can only be possible by skill development in industry to students for short term during there semester

This thing shud start from the primary level when student is in 2nd or 3rd grade. Because once you are adult it is not possible to make a career solely on the basis of skill as lot of responsibilities comes. So if from primary level we encourage the children to identify what are their skill set i think by the time they graduate the will master their skill and will be in a position to make career of it
Pls do consider this, we didnt had this opportunity atleast the future generation can.

I think export from India has the vast opportunity, tremendous potentiality. Pl. preserve the forest and forest products through the tribal people( e.g, giving them some monthly salary to nurture the plants and trees). Timely delivery, and quality products are all time highly required by the overseas buyers. Low cost delivery by govt.( either by Air/Sea/surface transport) is yet to start by the state Govts. No National policy in this regard Govt, should take more notional policy in the core sec

Every people has his/her inherited/inborn quality and skill, just require to focus it through a experienced.well trained master( Guru). Only the Govt services should not be the ultimate goal of the student. Banks should provide them financial support, reduce all the official papers, and stale mate procedures and methods. Pancayet are not co-operating atall to the rural magenetic students. So the nipped in the bud.

Pls provide specialized high skill certification on hands on experience on critical technology such as on defence sector & AI/robotics to attract more next gen students. Minimum sceience back ground is required to train people on specific aspects (most sector assembly based wherein certain grp of pepl reqd to develop assigned parts).
It ll help India generates huge pool of exp resource which further boost Make in India policy & real offset impl on new procurement under the policy.

The committee has worked hard to bring out almost 200 yrs of historical facts, but remains bound by bureocratic chains.
The task before the country is mammoth and in my view, the whole country has to rise to hold the hand of atleast one person to help in educating, skilling or motivating to get gainful employment. The speed of project execution get terribly mired as critical skills for the progress of the work are so much in shortsge that vittually it becomes a war like situation to get skill
