a new technology is already evolved of converting e-waste into petrol so gov can take its step to implement this in every state
apart from that an awareness through carton videos or advertisement showing various ways of decrease e-waste and recycling can be made.

EACH IT COMPANY BEFORE THERE FINAL AUDIT SELL THE SCRAPED E WASTE TO SECOND HAND BUYERS(RETAILERS). THE RETAILERS TOO DON'T BUY WHOLE SCRAP HENCE THIS REMAINING E WASTE GOES UNNOTICED.GOVERNMENT SHOULD FOCUS ON THESE SECOND HAND BUYERS AND PROVIDE THEM SPECIAL FACILITIES AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE PART IN (RECYCLE,REUSE,RESALE) DRIVE.
GOVERNMENT CAN ALSO CREATE SPECIAL CONTESTS FOR IT COMPANIES TO TAKE PART IN RECYCLING DRIVE.THE WASTE TOO, CAN BE USED BY STUDENTS FOR PROJECTS #SwachhBharat

e-waste can be distributed in schools and colleges so that new Edison can born.
The students are very creative. Many times due to cost related issues, parents cannot have money to spend on science or technology related items. If it is available free of cost , student community can create marvelous picture.
