Education is considered as the backbone of development, both at the individual household and societal levels. Educating the tribal children has been a challenge for the Government for various socio-cultural, economic, ecological and administrative reasons. Government is redesigning its strategies to create an enabling ecosystem of equal opportunity for quality education for ST children.

One of the major concerns of Tribal education is the low ST literacy rate and high ST drop-out rate.

Reducing the ST drop-out rates in Class I to X is a challenge. Bringing them back and to gainfully utilizing those who have already dropped out requires extreme care, sensitivity, imagination and meticulous planning.

Through this platform, Ministry of Tribal Affairs invites ideas, suggestions, views, opinions, solutions, criticism, and best practices from citizen for innovative interventions.

I would also like to suggest that they must have their own chamber of commerce in the country. We must have institutions like Fikki, for Tribal businessmen in the country. The educated one among them should be given chance to develop themselves as successful businessmen/businesswomen in the country. The concept of smart cities is very good but they should not confined only up to the develop states only. Tribal towns and areas should also be develop as smart cities also to provide help to them.

When we develop the most backward areas of tribal then we can switch them over to their original place. A separate tribal regiment should be introduce in the army to give chance to these people to serve their motherland. They should be accommodated in paramilitary forces of the country. Their should be separate Tribal Universities, colleges, school and centers for them in the country. These centers should be opened in tribal infested areas. North east also has a good number of Tribal.

These people should come and speak in native languages and they should be empowered and sponsored by bollywood, cricket stars, and all other people who want to become popular and understand their economic potential.

The problems related with the Maoist is because we do not have basic amenities in tribal areas and the Maoist are taking advantage of the same. In state like Gujarat they are save and also prosperous so we should try to develop this state as a hub for tribal and try to develop all necessary facilities for them their so that tribal people from other states like Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh, Bihar and Orrisa should go their and develop themselves both socially and mentally.

First of all we should know what are the right which has been given to our tribal by our Constitution. As far as my knowledge is concerned as per our constitution the problems of the tribal should directly be addressed by the Central Govt. They are in very bad shape. In every state their problems should directly be addressed by the Governor of that state and should be sent directly to the President of the country. I am of the opinion that basic facilities should be developed in tribal areas.

Please educate them that Maoist's, Naxals, and Unions are all synonymous terms. Gandhi did not ask anything for free and Gandhi did not have facebook to carry out Rastra Sangatan for India's freedom. India's freedom mean freedom of every individual and some garage based car manufacturing excellence.

Ask Government bureaucrats to ask Maoist's to inform the people with SMS alerts about where they are going to carry out grenade attacks and teach them about who are these people who's names are not recognized by the English dictionary.

Teach them to procure arms and ammunition legally from the nearest police station and ask the police personnel to be responsible if there are any blasts. Also educate these people to first inform the police and carry out the blast, otherwise the intelligence dept will have a tough time to be answerable to the defence department.
