Responsibility of monitoring of child birth / health care /Immunization/ growth should be done on gram panchayat level and to be reviewed time to time and database linked to a centralized server( eg.at ration distribution).

one thing can be done is to make some mobile camp ( vans, ambulance) and nukad naatak can be arranged to increase awareness and reduce the mal publicity done locally.

I think Ayurvedic physicians should be appointed in tribal areas for better health services with integrated Ayurvedic system.By doing so there will be uninterrupted flow of traditional tribal wisdom to modern world and also newly explored Ayurvedic methodologies could be taught to tribal areas. The success rate is very high because all herbs are available nearby.

Sir, a few tribal groups have tried to integrate with the mainstream, however many still hold traditional views on modern society & its practices. Hence, we need to first dispel the doubts regarding immunisation & modern medical methods by training atleast a few representatives from amongst them who from then on can act as "village / tribal health guides". Mobiles clinics from the nearest health outpost should visit tribal colonies weekly. MofH, MofWC, MofTribal welfare need to co-ordinate.

1.The reasons behind this is the lack of education about the immunization, they have fears about the immunization.Women feel insecure while going to some other place alone.
2.Like polio scheme, the volunteers should visit the houses of pregnant women for their vaccination. This will help them to feel secure while immunization in their homes. The "SARPANCHS" of villages should educate women about the benefits of immunization.
3.Ministry,NGOs should educate families & especially women about this.
