It would perhaps be worth considering a joint working relationship with all such countries that wish to establish a common minimum program for 1) academic bank of credits 2) Common coursework 3) minimum hours of coursework 4) common standard for upgrading syllabus 5) minimum academic requirement for educators 6) transfer of credits amongst all nations 7) common standard for educational institutions 8) inter university transfer of students 9) common minimum course fees for quality 10) incorporating latest trends and research 11) transfer or deputation of scholars & professors

Greeting of the day to honourable prime minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji I would like to address the concern in relation to a more strict and more concerned ban on the use of single use plastics : For a number of reasons , outlawing plastics is an essential first step in solving environmental and health problems.

1) It is a common thing today to campaign once or twice in a year for planting saplings or for picking up plastics and brooming streets and yards. One campaign is not enough. The effort has to be sustainable in continued timeline and thus a system has to be put in place by the school or the society which bears onslaught of time 2) Just planting a sapling is not enough. It has to be cared for everyday like bringing up a child, till the tree is able to stand on its own through storms, rains and draughts 3) In a similar way, one day of brooming street cannot be a solution. A sustainable Solid Waste Management has to be put in place for daily cleaning, daily processing, daily recycling and recovery without any landfilling need. Zero Land Filling is the motto while areas must be clean and worth of quality living 4) For any new article bought or replacement made, including its wrapping, the seller must be made accountable for collection of the old unit and the new casing and processing
