Sir... with the onset dawn of New Criminal Laws, the society is entering a phase of fast paced justice and sharp actions on criminals in the society. Now, the role of forensics had expanded its horizon towards a developed future. Now, we should think of a new era having increase in conviction rate so justice should prevail. my submission is that a Central Crime Control Center (C4) should be established in the country which will take care of investigation under the cumulative contribution from police, forensics and judiciary. The society is looking beyond the conventional approach towards a crime scene and long years for justice. So the C4 will act as a hope of all vulnerable and victims of injustice in society. I think the government of India could come forward to take necessary action in this area which needs to be strengthened at the earliest.The time is passing by day by day and we have no standing network of any kind to address the issue. The high court made strong observations while hearing requests submitted by a man and his family challenging criminal cases filed against them by his estranged wife. "The provision of section 498A has been enacted to strike out the dowry menace from society. "But it is observed in several cases that by misusing of said provision new legal terrorism is unleashed. Harassment and torture enumerated in the definition of security u/s 498A cannot be proved solely by the defacto complainant," the court said.
