Outcome-Based Metrics:
Shift the focus from input-based metrics (like faculty qualifications and infrastructure) to outcome-based metrics that measure the actual impact of education. This includes assessing student learning outcomes, employability of graduates, contributions to research and innovation, and the institution's role in societal development. This change would promote institutions that consistently deliver meaningful results.

Holistic Evaluation Framework:
Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework that considers various aspects of an institution's performance. This framework should go beyond just academic achievements and include factors like research output, student satisfaction, faculty qualifications, industry collaborations, community engagement, and infrastructure development. A holistic approach ensures a more accurate representation of an institution's overall quality.

Now a day, in the view of excellence better performance in Higher education system that avail many difficult situations. Such as Grading system .But this time not only merit is all in all but shows their performance. If the student is so intelligent but not better their academic records then he is disqualify in everywhere. No anybody try to know that how is this.think about this problem. So ranking system of the government of india had constituted a high level committee. But this is necessary to reform this system. Thanks.

My suggestion for educational reforms:
1. Ban the consumption of cigarettes and alcohol and gutka inside educational institutions and strictly fine the offenders.
2. Use of AI to check the results of students.
3. The recommended book by different Universities for students to read should be mentioned in syllabus and respective universities should submit their list of recommended books to higher authorities and the criteria of book is to be checked by higher authorities.
- Book must not be expensive
- Must be readily available
- Must have easy language and undertood by all
4. There should be a limit to the pages of homework/ assignment a student gets in pages in a single day from all teachers.
5. To limit suicide rates, sports activities should carry marks like a 10th class students must be able to do 20 push ups, 40 squats or cover 200 metre in 25 seconds. Those who fail shall be sent to doctor for check up and submit detailed report to school

Establish benchmarks for higher education by adopting standards setup by IIT IIM IISC as a model code that can be extended across higher educational institutions across India. The consortium of IIT IIM IISC can setup a board that certifies, approves, grants accreditation and affiliation to institutions such that students get quality education in India and prevent brain drain

1. In all College there should be qualified mentors / teacher compulsory
2. Subject should be related to actual work in various sectors
3. Focus should be on research in post Graduate Institute and Govt. should give support to these students and assurance for his career so he will do only research and not focus on other career apportunities.
4. Regularity should be check by biometric devices.
