Please Withdraw GST and Income tax, instead take 1% tax on Bank savings account annually, and take 5% to 8% on Bank Current Accounts so that there will be completely transparency in Bank transactions there will be no "INSPECTOR RAAJ" or checking or raiding or sueing any of tax evaders, also we can save thousands of crores on salaries by closing both GST/IT department, benefits of Savings account is we get hundred time more taxpayers compared to now and it will replace income tax, current account 5%-8% taxes what we get will replace GST !!
if anyone transacted 1lakh annually he will pay 1000rs as income tax, its clear that Bank only will debit the tax amount every month or quarterly or half yearly or annually, so why we require to maintain records of income tax or GST or sales tax or service tax???
"when there is a will there is a way "
i estimate that its 3-10 times more tax we get if everything is planned and implemented properly..
Banks will do their duty promptly no risks i guess

Good budget. some suggestions are 1. fix MSP for crops and vegetables. incentive of 6k per year is alright but address long term by fixing MSP. 2. Abolish competitive exams fees. college pass out dont have money to write exams. 3. accountability and transparency needed on social welfare funds to state Govts.
