Respected PM Saab, Greetings from this end . Availability of redundant Electricity/power is the indicator of future growth of any nation. In the light that our Bharath is falling in the tropical region with guaranteed availability of solar radiation across the whole span of the year, let us make a participative approach from each citizen of our nation to contribute towards the national growth. The success story of rain water harvesting, make in india, waste mgmnt & toilet facilities can be replicated in the case of solar power also . Let us make it mandatory that a minimum of 50% of total power requirement of any/ all domestic, commercial and industrial building that are getting registered from 2024 January (or so) onwards need to have met from on-grid solar power installed by the owner of the requested building. Subsidy schemes, make in india campaigns, incentivized power tariffs , tax exemptions , green certifications , luxury tax waiver etc can be thought of to promote this

Budget was superb , infrastructure wise India doing best , but Somewhere I feel MSMe needs support which can give multiple benefits to the economy and push to economic cycle by giving huge employment, higher tax revenue, higher consumption , good living to people etc etc . It can be a win win situation for the both Govt and MSmes . Schemes like subsidy on Solar rooftop to MSMes , allowing and simplify investment in solar/wind parks via joint venture of MSMes to produce power and take benefit in their units. so that they can give tough fight to Imports by cutting power cost via captive power and renewable power . I feel MSmes needs a boost which are already Start ups who have invested and eager to do more but with some govt support in structural reforms to MSMes . Thanks and Regards
