Budget & any webinar so far has not described, defined developed India but being mentioned regularly ! Ponzy ! Y can't it be defined, measured & benchmarked with global world ! Govt changes everything is ruined ! y can't it be enacted as an unbreachable law . Simple but effective.
1) Time taken to reach hospital, school, rail/bus/airport ,police station, court , govt head, comfort availabilty, affordability. all Measure can be /sq km &/10,000 population.
2) Judiciary time & quality . where are we now, what is global benchmark . Y can't it be instant & consistent for petty crimes .
3) Define Public Interest Litigation .. minority definition, in india it is 20 % even we go for global say 5 % of public in the jurisdiction for SC it should be 7 crore odd for 1 PIL , collect money at entrance fee of tourist places. say udaipur lake palace ( 330+500 crystal gallery +50 e rikshaw +- 900/-
4) merit in place.
5) 1rule4all - Not 1 section yet ?
6) No more vested interest groups

1. The biggest problem in country and governance is corruption, casteism and sectarian views. Put all the personal and professional details of All India Services, Central Services and staff in public domain for transparency.
2. Finish govt. employees politics and political alignments.
3. Work from block, ward, gram panchayats level to cabinet level incorporating e-governance.
4. Water and electricity have not reached many places despite more than 75 years of independence. Penalize officers. Even air is being polluted.
5. Integrated Establishment Portal will be useful.
6. Increase movement and limited migration between Kashmir, North-East, Naxal areas and all parts of India.
7. Focus on optical revolution.
8. Scrutinize Central and State pollution control bodies who are reported heavily politicized and corrupt.
9. Take population control measures.
10. Take notice of increasing brain and mind diseases from children, youth to senior citizens.
11. Increase greenery and forest

Kerala government MAKE IN KERALA projects 2023; is to attract investment and jobs . But the imports of all goods and service is not going to make large investment as expected as the import can make large dumping of goods at low rate that affect the domestic goods in Kerala. The goods now imported by Indian port can reach by roads in Kerala on GST payment . It is necessary to make different GST rate state by state so that the domestic goods can be saved and imports can be curtailed . At present goods from Calcutta port reaching Kerala is not going to make High investment in Kerala . So state by state GST rate like Kerala getting a seperate GST rate can save domestic goods and industries under Make in Kerala 2023
Other is Make in Kerala can be made benefital between selected states and in order to connect state business GST rate are adjusted so that these province inter state can benefit from this projects is possible different by GST rate scale as per business ties and places

GST one tax system should be made different state by state . As in old day union territory , dadar & haveli , islands are tax free in India and people from other states buy not taxable goods from union territory of India .
Like in old days the renewing the GST rate state by state is essential as some good and services can be blocked from state to states by changing GST rate state by state .
GST different rate for goods and service will allow state to protect there places resources and goods rather than be declined from low rate goods from other states as the improted goods a state can block by GST rate to stop the transport of goods and service from other state that is linked to overseas market
A goods imported from Calcutta port can be shipped to Kerala on GST services can decline the Kerala in goods as the Kerala ports are blocked but cannot save the Kerala goods as the goods enter kerala by Calcutta port can be made possible by GST rate state by state to its interest

Respected PM Modi Ji,
The twin key features of this year's Union Budget namely 'Ease of Living and ‘Ease of Doing business’ obviously imply a 'corruption free' regime. All such innovative ideas carry no meaning unless there is some worthy reprieve from the rampant corruption that currently rules almost all aspects of our lives.
Another area of concern could be the massive 'retail inflation', which occasionally gets reduced in the official records only. But one gets to feel the real heat thereof when confronted with the ground realities thereof. The fulfilment of the basic needs of having 'Roti, Kapadda aur Makaan' are increasingly becoming extremely difficult
mainly for the daily wage/fixed income earners.

Respected Modiji,
I am a lawyer based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I would like to suggest a new motto for Kerala BJP. Itbis "Operation Kamal-Keral". I know that you are working on it. I have experience in working at Booth level as well as area level in our area and resulted in winning two times Councillors in our ward Karamana and was part of getting the first MLA winning for Kerala from BJP ie Sri O.Raja Gopalji. My view is that most ofnthe present leaders in kerala are either corrupt or working for personal gains. We need a clean up in kerala. We need a good leader like Sri Annamalai IPS, in Tamilnadu.
