INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX PAYERS EXPECT SOME KIND OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO LOOK AFTER THEIR HEALTH, FINANCIAL NEEDS AFTER 60 YEARS, RETIREMENT, DISABILITY, LOSS OF INCOME SOURCES. WE SUGGEST TO SEPARATE 10% OF INCOME TAX PAID EVERY YEAR TO PAY AS ANNUITY, PENSION, MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO TAX PAYERS AFTER 60 YEARS BASED INCOME TAX PAID BY INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX PAYERS. INCOME TAX PAYERS ARE PAYING TAXES FROM RISK IN INCOME EARNING, THEIR HARD EARNED INCOMES. EVRY TIME THE SITUATIONS MAY NOT BE FAVOURABLE. SOME PEOPLE MAY INCUR LOSSES, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, ACCIDENTS, THEIR FUTURE IS DISTURBED. THEIR NEEDS AFTER 60 YEARS TO BE TAKEN CARE OFF. THE PENSION MAY BETTER DEPENDING UPON THEIR EARLIER ACTUAL INCOME TAX PAYMENTS. OR ADVISE TAX PAYERS TO CONTRIBUTE FOR DEDUCTIBLE LONGER PERIOD SAVINGS, DEBT PLANS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS AFTER 60 YEARS. BETTER ASSURE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. GOVERNMENT IS TAKING CARE OFF LOWER INCOME GROUPS PEOPLE THROUGH MANY SOCIAL WELFARE SCHEMES.

As far as I 'm concerned there is no special schemes for Physically Challenged people in this budget. Government should come forward to support all PwD with more than 70% disability across India. Government should identify genuine PwDs and provide them UDID Card and give some concessions to everyone having UDID Card. Steps can be taken to link Aadhaar number and UDID number to remove fake users.
Interest rates for savings account and FD made by PwDs having UDID Card should be given with 10% interest rate in all banks. Why RBI is not considering the plight and sufferings of PwDs? Upto 10 free debit card transactions for PwDs should be allowed and they can withdraw money in any ATMs. Free Fast Tag for PwDs should be given to travel in any vehicle should be there.
Special mobile prepaid plans for PwD with UDID Card should be announced by all Mobile Networks. This will help many PwDs in many ways. I'm really disappointed as no special schemes were announced in this budget.
