Respected Sir,
Cut off date for age calculation across various recruitment exam conducted by recruitment boards and bodies like UPSC, SSC and others varies and it seems arbitrarily decided. Kindly fix one Cut Off Date for assessment of age, for example "31 December midnight" can be used as Cut off date so as to include all Candidate born in same calendar year become eligible for any recruitment. This uniformity will bring some relief to Candidates across the nation who are already filling heat of Covid19 that has already damaged two years of their life.

My suggestion is for New Direct Tax Regime it must include 1) benefits U/s 80CCD i.e. NPS. 2) benefits U/s 80G i.e. Donations. Other than standard deduction. And standard deduction should be dynamic every year by 5% upwards at least.

1.Your dream projection about Digital India is highly ambitious and your strategies keeping it viable in different sectors as these steps are first forward and transparent. Implementing IT enabled services and Digital Economy is a challenge though it runs smoothly, but, still, there are some hindrances.People wants hazard free digitization and sometimes 4G,5G contradiction upset the users even Optical Fibre (BSNL) existing.People are using Mobile banking ,yono,
G pay etc. But most of the people like cash TRANSACTIONS.Creating awareness, ease of using apps and availability of low budget Mobile Phones could be to some extent solutions.
2.Startups is another visionary prospects.Bonding with IIT and Universities start-ups to be more versatile.I suppose to say IIT develop any tools or machines then govt. could encourage and Enterpreneur to establish factory, industry etc.The budget could reform the same.
