Awareness of the changes in the budget 2023, new schemes launched this year, how to leverage technology in budgeting

NRI's send close to $100B in remittances into india. The current period of stay is very restrictive and does not allow for reaping the full benefits of an NRI spending time in time. Giving my own personal example, I would typically spend in india over Rs1 lac per month on a visit. By restricting the stayy in india to a max of 90 days we limit the capacity of spending power of NRI's. If we increase the Period of stay to 180 days we would double the spending in the economy by NRI's giving a huge boost to the economic growth rate. There is huge diaspora of well off NRI's who are in their 50's who are settled overseas and would like to spend more time in india but are restricted because of the residence status. Instaed of spending their money overseas , that money could be spent in india. It could probably also encourage them to set up businesses in india as well which could be a byproduct.

post budget max schemes are announced & max systems are required to be developed which without proper infrastructure the systems don't work with alignment of the schemes. That's a big harrassment for the general public as well as how much the benefits are being taken that is not measured properly. We can have a pool where these schemes should be announced in gram panchayats with deadlines so max take the benefits & the budget is used. So mainly the awareness is to take utmost advantage of the same.

THE BUDGET SHOULD ALSO FOCUS ON CREATING AN OBLIGATORY DEMAND TO STRENGTHEN THE DOMESTIC WORKERS ,DOMESTIC PRODUCTION AND ENHANCE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT BY MAKING IT COMPULSORY FOR THE INSTITUTES ,COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS TO USE ONLY THOSE UNIFOMRS MADE BY THE WOMEN LED SELF-HELP GROUPS AND MSME AVAILABLE IN THEIR OWN STATE AND MAKING IT AVAILABLE ON GOVERNMENT E- MARKETPLACE WITH THE KHADI PRODUCTS AND GIVING 5 YEARS AGE RELAXATION IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT JOBS OR TDS DEDUCTION OR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE CHILDREN TO THE PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE KHADI PRODUCTS AND MADE IN INDIA PRODUCTS LIKE CARS, MOBILE PHONES AND BIKES AND GADGETS WORTH 500000 OR MORE RUPEES THROUGH GOVERNMENT E- MARKETPLACE. Frankly speaking,the budget never comes up with any good news at all for the common middle class genre.infact, it always entails newer expense in the form of some k of cess or duty on this class as if the entire burden of running this country depends on this class. business people have more than one balance sheet always.But what shall this man do. There is now nothing left for tax planning as well. Fd rates have decreased, the interest on pf is made taxable. I have to earn ₹1800 if I have to pay a mobile bill of ₹ 1000, rest being the taxes. I don't know which kind of surcharges and cess are being charged in electricity bills in the name of pension. Sops are being declared for business class every year which is charged from us. A poor man instantly becomes rich in this country just by joining politics. Why don't they have a qualification criteria?? How can illiterates be allowed to rule us and run the country?What's more is that I have to pay more tax than my monthly household expense.
