The Central Government Ministries/ Departments and Central Public Sector Undertaking are mandated to procure 25% (as amended in 2018) of their annual value of goods or services from micro and small enterprises vide Public Procurement Order Notified vide S.O. 581 (E) dated 23rd March 2012. Under the policy, 358 items are exclusively reserved for procurement from MSEs which help in the promotion and growth of Micro and Small Enterprises and play a critical role in fostering inclusive growth in the country.

The existing list required a relook to find out the relevance in the present-day context of technological change, and the growth of small and micro enterprises. The Internal Technical Committee of the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises has prepared a revised list of 469 items (including Goods & Services) to be reserved for exclusive procurement from MSEs.

Stakeholders, Industries associations, MSME units and the General public are invited to share their suggestions and comments on the list of 469 items reserved for exclusive purchase from MSEs under the Public Procurement Policy.

Respected Sir, Most of the Agriculture Limits turned to NPA due to non rotation of Limits. Due to this the farmers are being mentally harassed. I want to suggest that if any farmer pays interest of his limit his limit should not be turned to NPA due to Non rotation, Like in Business loans. In business loan if a businessman only pays interest his limit does not turns to NPA, but if farmer pays interest, but not rotate full limit his limit turns to NPA. This is not fare. This should be changed

Namaste ji. Our Honourable PM headed Central Government introduced New Education Policy a great revolution in Education History of India. In NEP ,main vision focussed on Skilled Education. Skilled Education is most important for new start ups and to make more Entrepreneurs. Deendayal Upadhyaya Kendras(DDU) introduced in various academic institutions to encourage skilled Education. Seminars may be conducted for the final year students about MSME loans. It'll fullfill our Honourable PM's vision on Swadeshi products and Make in India concept. Jai Hind

Respected Sir, I want draw your concern about Stuble burning issue. It is not a regional problem. Entire north india suffer with negative impacts of stuble burning.Poisnous air cause various lung diseases and difficult to live. this level of air pollution not only hurt india image globally but also hurt tourism economy of India. Only way to solve this problem is to make selling stuble commercially viable for farmer. There is no other way. thanks

Almost all items are covered. People are aware and taking Swadeshi products. The quality of products should remain the same and if it is in some cases lesser, should improve the same. People are ready to take the products and are happy for their purchases. Sometimes Marketing strategy/ Conversational skill needs to be improved. It will take the existing popularity of Product to the higher level.

S.No 445  Temporary employment agencies Most companies use the government's opportunity for agencies to exploit human resources.if unable to pay equal wages like permanent employees, hand over the responsibility to an organization that can pay at least the daily wages fixed by the state government on a monthly basis. private employment agencies should provide their employees with in-house promotion and skill development training? Government should formulate a new policy for such private employment agencies. If we look at the way private employment agencies are treating their employees, would seem to question whether the labor laws in the country are in force.It is sufficient to award contracts to companies that agree to provide jobs to local people and the minimum daily wage fixed by the state government. Companies violating this should not be re-contracted at any time. Since human resource development is involved, suitable organizations should be selected for this service.

Encouraging MSME growth is very important. Equal opportunity should be given to all the organizations in the rotational system. Raising the standard of living of the common man shows how powerful the government is. It is not necessary to give a large amount to individual companies. It can be divided into parts and given to many companies. There is no need to give projects in different areas to the same company. Opportunities should be provided to do part by part. Let us assume that various projects are going on at 5 locations in a tender of one crore rupees in Southern Railway. Many companies are reluctant to take it as it becomes a single tender. If we give opportunities to take tenders in parts of 20 lakhs, 5 companies will get opportunities. In case no one comes forward to take part, the whole can be given to a company. It should be given after a certain period of time without giving continuously to a company.

MSMEs in the agriculture sector should be helped to benefit. Add Toddy to serial number 378.Toddy is a refreshing drink. A portion of a meal.Palm and coconut farmers will benefit by adding toddy.The technology used to manufacture these s is Indian technology. The central government should include toddy, which strengthens the body in various ways.Farmers will benefit if they get access to central government canteens like railway canteens and army canteens. Toddy is a better medicine to protect the body than alcohol which spoils the body. RICE  s.no 192 , 416 Why does central government send rice to rice producing states? To reduce transportation costs in rice-producing states, tenders can be issued for supply of rice to companies nearest to ration shops and public sector enterprises. In the states that produce rice, there are companies that offer tenders to supply rice at the ration shop level.

The nearest suppliers should be selected. Many MSME companies based in Tiruchirappalli depended on BHEL. Trichy MSMEs were severely affected as BHEL shifted the manufacturing units operating in Trichy to other states. The central government has forgotten what the company was meant to achieve. 1 lakh workers and their families were affected.A bad precedent is Tiruchirappalli BHEL's shifting of manufacturing units. If all the divisions were functioning in Tiruchirappalli, today the company would be manufacturing strategic products. Jobs will increase.The production policy of public sector organizations should be confirmed. There is reluctance to start MSMEs depending on public sector companies. Sustainable production should be undertaken by public sector enterprises.Public sector companies should have a production policy that promotes direct and indirect employment. MSME growth depends on sustainable production by public sector enterprises.
