Like in the USA / EU and Australia contractor who builds the road needs to deposit an amount of 10-15% of the total contract value with the government. They have a condition that the rod/infrastructure should last in good condition for at least 25 years. If the contractor doesn't repair the damage then the government uses its amount to repair it and adds more penalties on the contractor. Are we not able to make such rules in NHAI, MADHA, and any corporation for giving contracts for road construction? I am from the KDMC ( Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation ) and we have the worst roads/infrastructure in our city. I am not sure how the current government will make my city SMART with only LED bulbs and without breaking the illegal structures that we have here. ( As per KDMC Mayer we have 22,000 illegal structures in the Kalyan -Dombivli) If someone really reads this then please do some action. Just don't ask us to give only suggestions for checking portals hit.

To remove the corruption from the Zilla Parishad please start all ZP processes online through the portal. Teacher's pension cases, related to leaves, and pay,.. should be handled online without in-person contact. If the task is not completed by the respective person then the system should escalate / auto-approve it. In Maharashtra, we have lots of corruption in the Zilla Parishad system. To avoid corruption from the ground level, Please make sure that the task of one state should be solved by a person from the other state and vice versa.

Micro small and medium enterprises are like middle class people with major part in all national activities . similarly msme development is national development very big and small msme activities are essential but are limited for less number. we have many products from msme and advantages and disadvantages in it due to geographic barriers. Natural resources and investment together can solve our necessities. Government should give priority for big medium and small businesses that develops nation
