Right from the school days extra curricular activities should be compulsory. one hour sports and other skill exhibition ,talents encouragement should become part of daily activities. scout and guides to be compulsory till high school levels and NCC compulsory in colleges. schools and colleges should compulsorily celebrate annual day and rewards should be given to all who wins in every aspects. achievers should get scholarships and preference in their further studies.Taluks , Districts, states and National Levels achievers should get Financial rewards to pursue further. 25% job quotas should be reserved for any special achievers.

The Government has reviewed the existing draft National Youth Policy, 2014 and prepared a new draft National Youth Policy (NYP). The draft NYP envisages a ten - year vision for youth development that India seeks to achieve by 2030. It is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serves to 'unlock the potential of the youth to advance India'. The draft NYP seek to catalyze widespread action on youth development across five priority areas viz. education; employment & entrepreneurship: youth leadership & development; health, fitness & sports; and social justice. Each priority area is underpinned by the principle of social inclusion keeping in view the interests of the marginalized sections.
In a nutshell, it is a good draft and more good suggestions from stakeholders also may be included in the draft.

the schools & college in India helpful during covid quarantine, flood-hit area, during tsunami, earthquake, riots, migrants overflow. the public properties, monuments, memories of past & it's successful handling, how good & number should be in a geographical area to support the public during untoward affects areas. these specially schools, function halls, govt buildings, rangabhavan, aerodromes, fields, gomalas, reforestation areas, mutts, sport's stadiums, auditoriums should be made safe earthquake proof, explosion resistance, radiation protection & sufficient water storage for regional animal & humans. the boon of agniveers, rojgar Yojana, narega, self help/ swayam seva Sangh etc non profitable organisation etc are really helpful only guiding, channelling them with legal clearance with foolproof & fake proof planning and executing them are in the hands of jananayaks & spiritual leaders. not only India but worldwide wherever people come forward for selfless service for next generation
