5. Existing successful start up experiences can be shared as par of skill portal traning course, or college final year students or whoever approaching for startups initiation etc. They can guide or like mentors can be done. Recruiting freshers and giving training, trainee program in industries , startups etc can think of.

Skill development of the new generation is a national need and is the foundation of Aatmnirbhar Bharat, and Govt. has taken multiple measurable steps to enhance the skill development and future ready theme for the youth Specially NSDC, Skill India and other institutes already working successfully towards it. Enterpreneurs are also getting support for introducing new employee strength with the introduction of Intern scheme of the Govt.

Nowadays maximum people are want to be in a relax time and day by day people lost their enthusiasm to do something, and also their approaching mentality are to be vanish , So It would be a very good job if the skill enhancement initiative can be taken . If the school syllabus are made on the basis of this skill development topic and concepts our future generations can take a good decision about their future and in this field the students can get rid from the confusion to take the carrier choices.
