Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has undertaken an exercise for review and revision of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015. This has been necessitated considering rapid transformation in technology, emerging market requirements, changing global scenario, and evolving skilling and entrepreneurship landscape.

A draft of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 has been prepared that aims to provide a comprehensive framework for all skilling and entrepreneurship activities being carried out in the country, and to align them with the national priorities. The aspirations underlining the draft national policy are: scale, quality and inclusion. For realization of these aspirations, key principles, thrusts and enablers have also been indicated. The draft national policy also seeks to establish clarity, coherence and convergence for skill development and entrepreneurship promotion efforts across the country. It also seeks to link skill development and entrepreneurship promotion to the improved employability and productivity outcomes.

To ensure that the revised National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 is aligned with current and emerging requirements, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov invites inputs/suggestions from general public as well as researchers, startups, civil society, and domain experts.

Your suggestions on the draft policy will help in shaping and sharpening the policy prescriptions along with the key deliverables.

एक वैज्ञानिक होने के नाते में यहीं कहूंगा। की भारत की सरकार को आत्मनिर्भरता का भी विज्ञापन करना चाहिए। हर तरह से आज के नए पीढ़ी को इसकी जरूरत है।। इंडिया की पुरानी अंग्रेजी शिक्षा वैवस्था ने हर एक की मानसिकता , कर्म की कौशलत से हटाकर , खुद के धन के लाभ तक सीमित कर दिया है।। भारत को ऐसे स्वाभिमानी नेताओ का अपने काम के प्रति जो अपने कर्म को पूरी निष्ठा के साथ करने का प्रयास कर रहे है।। उनका धन्यवाद अंत में बस इतना ही की भारतीयों की मानसिकता को लोकतंत्र का अर्थ लोक कल्याण को समझाने का प्रयास करते रहे ।। 11 वर्ष में जब इतना हुआ तो आगे और भी मजबूत बनेगा भारत।।। ।।वंदे मातरम।।

The skill is not only required for Entrepreneurship /corporate business. The Skill is required in all filed from start of family to till the PM of Nation. So to develop skill in all field , required skill identification and development education system in early start of the education. Means Our education system should be planned in such way that the skill development should start from Pre/Primary school education. For this our education system should be identical in Govt school or Private school. To Make Identical teaching program: 1. We should make no difference in Govt and private schools (primary and high school). 2. What all facilities available in Private same should be available in Govt school. 3. What Fee structure present in Govt school same Fee structure should be present in private school. 3. 1 If Govt defined rule, free education till SSC/SSLC(10th), means it should be free either in private or govt school. We make this rule/policy, Skill Development.

विषय: राष्ट्रीय कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता नीति 2025 के लिए सुझाव मेरे सुझाव इस प्रकार हैं: 1️⃣ ग्रामीण और छोटे शहरों में अधिक से अधिक फ्री स्किल ट्रेनिंग सेंटर्स खोले जाएँ ताकि दूर-दराज़ के युवाओं को भी अच्छे कोर्स की सुविधा मिले। 2️⃣ नए जमाने के कोर्स जैसे AI, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, ई-कॉमर्स, सोलर एनर्जी, इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल टेक्नोलॉजी, ड्रोन टेक्नोलॉजी आदि को ट्रेनिंग कार्यक्रमों में शामिल किया जाए।

3️⃣ महिलाओं और दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के लिए विशेष स्किल प्रोग्राम और आसान लोन सुविधा हो ताकि वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें। 4️⃣ जो छात्र पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़ देते हैं उनके लिए भी शॉर्ट-टर्म कोर्स बनाए जाएँ ताकि वे तुरंत काम सीखकर रोजगार पा सकें। 5️⃣ ट्रेनिंग के बाद प्लेसमेंट सपोर्ट, इंटरव्यू की तैयारी, और स्टार्टअप गाइडेंस की सुविधा दी जाए ताकि लोग जॉब के साथ-साथ खुद का व्यवसाय भी शुरू कर सकें।

6️⃣ ट्रेनिंग सेंटर्स में प्रशिक्षकों की क्वालिटी और मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम को और मजबूत किया जाए। 7️⃣ प्रत्येक राज्य में इंडस्ट्री की जरूरतों के अनुसार कोर्स बनाए जाएँ ताकि युवाओं को अपने राज्य में ही नौकरी मिल सके। 8️⃣ सफल उद्यमियों के अनुभव साझा करने के लिए नियमित वर्कशॉप्स और सेमिनार्स आयोजित किए जाएँ। 9️⃣ छात्रों को ट्रेनिंग के दौरान इंटरर्नशिप और ऑन-द-जॉब ट्रेनिंग के अवसर दिए जाएँ ताकि उन्हें प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव भी मिले। 🔟 कौशल विकास योजना की जानकारी लोगों तक पहुँचाने के लिए गाँव-गाँव में कैंप और प्रचार कार्यक्रम किए जाएँ।

✅ 1. Strengthen Education-Industry Linkage Align vocational training and curriculum with industry needs. Encourage industry participation in training, internships, and apprenticeships. Promote dual education systems: learning + on-the-job experience. ✅ 2. Revamp School and Higher Education Curriculum Integrate life skills, coding, communication, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship in early education. Encourage STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Promote multilingual education and digital literacy from a young age. ✅ 3. Expand Access to Vocational and Technical Training Set up more ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) and Polytechnic institutes. Offer short-term certification courses in trades like electrician, welding, data entry, healthcare, etc. Encourage NSDC-certified programs under Skill India and PMKVY. ✅ 4. Leverage Digital Platforms Use online courses (MOOCs) like SWAYAM, Coursera, or Skill India Digital Platform.

इंटर्नशिप योजना अप्रेंटिस योजना यह बहुत अच्छी योजना है यह बच्चों के लिए ट्रेनिंग करियर पढ़ाई पूर्ण होने के बाद ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है यह 1 साल की ट्रेनिंग होती है इसमें हूनर सीखने का मौका मिलता है और इसमें ऑफिस कार्य वर्क वर्कशॉप का कार्य इंटर्नशिप योजना के अंतर्गत सब्जेक्ट होता है लेकिन इसमें कर्मचारी पूर्ण नहीं सिखाते इसमें आदि अधूरी काम सीखने हैं और उसके बाद उसे फील्ड में कार्य जाब मिलता है या अधिक दूरी पर मिलता है पैसे कब मिलते हैं इसमें वह कार्य सीखने को मिलता है जो हमने और आपने पढ़ाई की है उसे सब्जेक्ट से और प्रैक्टिकल नॉलेज मिलता है
