apprentice courses must be 75 percent training oriented and 25 percent theory oriented so that they can provide real time practical experience to students and make them better equipped for jobs

apprentice training can be organized to make skill development amongst the factory workers during their routine works and for that govt should encourage the factory owners by making them aware about the benefits of apprentices training

we should categorize courses on the basis of education level needed to understand basics of particular courses such as course required no basic education, course required middle class education, course required intermediate education etc and not only this if any student want to acquire any apprentice qualification he or she must be allowed to do with his or her basic education that will bring skill along with routine education amongst the future generation

Sir, there are some in-built drawbacks of this act.
Firstly, which I feel in the compensation matrix for technical diploma and degree as per act is very low. Looking at the salary benchmark, the financial package is very nominal. As a result, the motivation level of an apprentice goes down once inducted in the system. This leads to Attrition.
In second place, the relevant compliance makes it complex. Any employer had to appoint consultant or dedicated employee to adhere it.
