The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Just after acquiring some skill or degree people start thinking of getting a government job. The problem starts from here. They waste lot many years in search of government job and become overage. Now, they have no way out. Private companies also do not take the person as the person is not able to justify the gap and unemployment for so many years. When a person completes his education and want to go for job, he shall take up whatever is being offered instead of being selective.

already u know how the human resource are Exploitated coming in no use..bcoz of vacationing that is ultimately needed in any industry thatnoir country' is condusive in.so if apprentices are held binded with bonds and all then whatevr already losss lack of jobs training is there .more and more people wll suffer..company has no loss though in india..so from human centric approach countrymen of ours must b trained free of cost or relaxation must b kept. atleast until our country exceeds all this

Amendment of section.3 in section 3 of the principal act ,for clause (a) is not and less than fourteen years of age, and for designated trades related to hazard ous industries,not less than eighteen years of age. My suggestion is changed year of age and add industry 4.0 . More focusing on vocational training and audit. Thank you.
