The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

In all over India, some poor students having low qualifiations i.e. 10th class and below graduation studies, please select the students as per standards of indian military, provided training to them under this act and appoint them in Indian military, army, navy, bsf and etc to reduce the unemployment problem in india at the same time strengthening the indian military services

Age limitation should be abolished in Apprentice training unless candidate is not able to give service after completing training.

I was on "Back to village " duty. An officer was questioned by some people over a scheme. In turn , He replied, there are few laws ,which have been evaluated and enacted by Britishers. Only those laws don't have fault in any side in implementation. We find problems in majority of our laws in its implementation. We should thoroughly evaluate laws and evaluate field for its suitability in its implementation Thorough evaluation of laws clause by clause in needed for Parliament

sir mujhe lagta hai l logo ne isko ek status symbol bana liya hai jo bach gaye woh kehte hai humko to kuch nahi hua or baat badi badi ker ke apne ko galat kaam meinfasna or fasana.

#E JUDICIARY:e judiciary can take initiative, our 99% lawyers defame court image with wrong practice,employed lawyers take the case,do not read,do not reply in time or reply without substance,buy the time,facilitate false, THEREAFTER show arrogance with client , maintain busy schedule only for dates. WE NEED TO BYPASS THIS UNDER DIRECT INTERFERENCE BY E JUDICIARY HELPLINE,HERE COURT CAN DIRECT CASES WHICH COURT FEELS LAWYERS NOT REPRESENT CORRECTLY,LAW COLLAGES STUDENT....

#e judiciary. should also include state authority like mamledar,collector, and such cases judgement must be uploaded, if at ground zero such authority finds issue/suggestion which need lawful amendment for truthful cause & stop fraudster trends,authority should highlight such issue so supreme court & govt experts study for change.

The govt are doing no of activities in education sector but students are not knowing or are provided information which is inturn affecting them, help/guide/respond/protect/look after all the need of students will help them choose suitable opportunities and this will lead to development of nation and growth of economy and also the overall development of them. The acts passed years back needs to be modified as per latest technology/information/guidance/Communities for which people are eligible
