The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

100 ગુનેગાર છૂટ જાય તો કોઇ બાત નહીં પરંતુ એક નિર્દોષ નહિં છૂટ ના ચાહિએ ઐસિ સોંચ આજ કિ સરકાર કે સભિ ક્લાસ 1 ઔર કલાસ 2 કે કર્મચારી કિ જીસને અપને કર્મચારી કે ખિલાફ ફરીયાદ દર્જ કરવા હી હોં ઔર ઉસમે કોર્ટો કા ભિ સાથ મીલતા હૈં. જયહિન્દ.

मेरा एक सुझाव है कि एप्रेंटस एक्ट १९६१मैं संशोधन कर के हर जिले में वहा के उद्योगों को जिले के आईटीआई में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त युवाओं को अपने उद्योग में प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए और फिर उन्हें अपने उद्योग में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जाय इससे बेरोजगारी की समस्या का एक हद तक हो सकता है धन्यवाद जय हिन्द जय भारत।

All industry should give an opportunity to get permanent job on completion of 3 / 5 years course in the vacant post during that particular year. So that the trainees are loudly interested for more efficient.

all industries must provide training at least 20% of total employees in the orgainsation each year, by doing this each can be a trained worker...... India will be a great source of skilled labour and skilled workers..

been made in December 2014 In the apprecenties act 1): Non-engineering areas covered under the provisions of apprecenties act. 2): Employer allowed to provide for optional Trade.he can design his own syllabus for that purpose. 3): multiple employers can join either themselves or through an agency to provide apprecenties training.4): hours of work and leave will be as per the discretion or policy of the employer.5): Details are to be filed electronically on portal site to be developed.

Namaskar; To The Prime Minister of India ; In a Move aimed at simplifying engagement of apprecenties in establishments ; the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship has invited suggestions to amend the Apprenticeship Act ; 1961 . The Act was last amended in 2014 .
