The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

the person who is elected and taking oth that you have to add this if I will do any illegal activity in my country and case is added in court then prime minister or president can remove him from the post and other thing who will be caught with illegal activity he should be in jail and court has to decide how many days

Apprentiseship in India get starts since birth in India . There is no need of this act. Let learn with work. Vastly its just formal process sir. Useless and unproductive endeveous this concept is. Regards.

सर मेरा एक सजेशन है अपने देश में हर जिले में गैस वेल्डिंग वाले होते हैं और हर गैस वेल्डिंग वाले के पास एक ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर होता है क्यों ना इनसे फिलहाल 1 सिलेंडर लेकर अपने अस्पतालों में यूज किया जा सकता है मान लीजिए हर जिले में सौ से डेढ़ सौ गैस वेल्डिंग वाले हैं तो हर जिले में 100 सिलेंडर उपलब्ध होंगे जिसको रिफिल कर के यूज किया जा सकता है ।

AFTER APPRENTICESHIP A JOB REQUIRMENT ESSENTIAL BECAUSE A FRESAR LOSS EVERY KNOWLEGE AFTER APPRENTICESHIP ONLY PRACTICAL KNOWLEGE KNOWN BUT EVERY COMPETETIVE OR PRIVATE SECTOR DEMAND THEAORETICAL KNOWLEGE BUT EVEN THEY NI ANY JOB FIND OUT AFTER ITS CRISSIS OF UNEMPLOYMENT SUFFER EVERY TIME SO PLEASE PROVIDE A JOB OF PREVIOUS AND FRESAR CANDIDATE AFTER TRAINING .... THANKS

MSDE SHOULD CONDUCT EVENING COLLAGE FROM 1ST PU TO DEGREE. IN THIS STUDENDTS WILL BE BENIFITED FROM MSDE. or IN EVERY COLLAGE THERE SHOULD BE A MSDE CAMPUS.

All Apprentices should be given opportunity to continue their part time education also, Apprentices should also needs to be provided small set of Education Loan to continue their education. Apprentices should also be given basic benefits.. Apprentices should also be given cross functional training, other than their specialised areas..
