Doctors should show more compassion towards patients, while some of the Doctors are very compassionate towards their patients, some are not. They should also inform the patients about the side effects of the long term treatments and if side effects are serious on certain medications, they should avoid prescribing such medicines. Now a days diseases are rising many fold and Doctors role is of great importance. Medical treatments are becoming costly and unimaginable for common man.

Namaskar Sir, Can we bring some rules and regulations for our Transport system like giving limited no of vehicles only to be released on road per year and not more than that. Any one want to take any vehicle has to fill an application and process. Everyday close to about 1000 new vehicles are coming on the road, our roads are not getting wider but traffic woes and accidents increasing. And pollution also can be monitored with limitations. Please check on this sir. Thank you

Mangrol Taluka in Surat District does not have a good hospital. people have to go to either go to Tadkeshwar, Ankleshwar or Surat for specialised treatments. Big corporate houses of Gujarat Reliance, Adani, Torrent and many big pharma companies in Ankleshwar and Surat may be requested to come forward to set up a good hospital in Mangrol Taluka so that it will be great help to the people mainly from backward class. To start with Physician, Gynecologists, Pedeatrician.

This is to request you to present Padma Shree Award to a great social reformer at the grass-root level, *Shri
Ram Abhilash Pal* (Our Guruji) who transformed an educationally and socially
backward area through his consistent efforts in the field of education and social
work. He ran a movement over the years to make uneducated and uninformed
people realize the importance of education/girl education.
He has successfully transformed the basic thought process of society positively.
