Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, let’s provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas on the PanchayatVision@2047.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs.

Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the Panchayati Raj System would be fulfilled.

Last date to share your ideas is 14th May 2022.

Local bodies in India need to become more empowered. Under the Cholas, there were only two states, the rural government and the national government. So they were able to give excellent management. The more power the villages have in India, the more the country will progress. In Indian politics only the central government and local bodies are enough. State government is not required.State governments are the abode of corruption. Laws passed by state governments are against the independence and revenue of local bodies.India does not need state governments. The central government should rule directly over India. The powers of the state government should be given to the local bodies. The state governments should be removed following the example of the Chola administration. The central government has the necessary technology.Panchayat organizations cannot function independently as long as there are state governments in India.

We often read on news papers that, people or animals got killed due to electrocution from the bare wires laid to protect the land boundary before harvesting of crops by landlords. Also many people get killed due to snake bites in this securing process. Can we have a safe device to perform this task. Government can install watch towers/ hot air balloons (if it is seasonal) with infra-red cameras, loud speakers to make sound and finally laser devices to cause 1st degree burns to intruding creatures. Can we have drones to perform this task when the target is far away from watch towers. Remember, feasibility study and risk assessment is mandatory before implementing this requirement. Remember to inform installation of hot air balloons if any to Indian military and civil aviation.

According to the act of 1959 our Gaon Panchayat meber has rights age is 4 years. It is not sufficient for a member for working, sometimes it has missing the tergets of the jobs which is decided by the presenting members. The jobs always pending for next apointed members. So, I think that all Panchayat member needs more times for accurately do their best knowledge and experiences for the Gaon or the peoples.
