Esteemed Sir, Panchayat Raj system is the most important part of the Democratic Government. If it will develop, then india will be developed. In Panchayat, all the people of a village who really wants the basic needs, Don't get it. And the condition of road, drinking water, providing elementary education , primary health services and so on are not able to reach the doorsteps of every citizen. sometimes corruption and sometimes the powerful person of locality are the barriers of the the development of Panchayat systems. So I request you to formation of a Village committee in every Village, and its members are all the people of that Village. and govt send all its development project's financial help to the committee and they have to decide where and in which field they spend that money... Then the actual development of every Villages and every Panchayat are must be occurred.

प्रणाम, मुझे अपने विचार रखने का मौका देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री जी को धन्यवाद । श्रीमान मैं आपका ध्यान ग्रामीण विद्यालयों की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हु, यूं तो पिछले 5-7 साल में ग्रामीण विद्यालयों की शिक्षा में काफी सुधार हुआ है परंतु मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि सरकार को अभी भी ग्रामीण विद्यालयों के infrastructure व विद्यार्थियों के uniform पर ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है । एक आकर्षक ड्रेस व विद्यालय का infrastructure guardians को भी अपनी ओर खीचेगा ।जो नए शिक्षक पिछले 4-5 सालों में नौकरी पाए हैं उनको उन क्षेत्रों में तैनात करना चाहिए जहां शिक्षा का स्तर नीचे है , क्योंकि कहीं न कहीं ये नए शिक्षक वही शिक्षक हैं जो नौकरी पाने से पहले अच्छे प्राइवेट विद्यालयों में पढ़ाते थे अतः इन्हें बेहतर ढंग से पढ़ाने भी आता है। समय समय पर विद्यार्थियों केलिएP.T.M का आयोजन भी होना चाहिए जिसमें guardians को आने के लिए एक सपताह पहले की आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता द्वारा घर घर जाकर प्रेरित किया जाए । साथ ही अगर सम्भव हो तो कुछ स्कीमें जैसे क्लास के टॉपर छात्रों को अगले कुछ माह के लिए मुफ्त राशन दिया जाए । शब्द सीमा समाप्त धन्यवाद

Respected sir/ Madam Our panchayat Raj system should be more effective and excellent. For that both the state government and central government together should work progressively. The panchayat Raj system should give more opportunities to the public for exposing their ideas and visions towards developing their Areas. The local government should encourage the common people to express their ideas. The panchayat Raj system should engage the local peoples in the decision making process. And also it should gives more priority to the womens and for their education. All the womens including the backward classes womens should get enough education for their better Lifestyle. There should not be any upper class or lower class system. All should be equal infront of the government. More libraries should be there for developing their knowledge. All the womens should get enough jobs as per their qualification then only we can improve this panchayat Raj system. Thankyou for this opportunity 🙏

Weekly Saturday everyone must assemble irrespective of political party Discuss last week what we have done and next what we have to do, record the progress. Register the crops and expected yield, discuss the best market place for that season -Compulsary discussion about if anyone ask bribes with in panchayat -compulsary tree plantation and maintenance on weekend -compulsary water harvesting in each panchayat -encourage the role model panchayat -aproach and guide right governance authority if the community faces any challenges, threatening from anyone, etc

To strengthen the Villages and bring Self Sustainability. We must do 1. Sarpanch, the President of the village must be elected without political flags. like President of India. The politics in villages polluting the natural atmosphere and developing differences among them. So we should check party based elections in Gram Panchayat. 2. Must develop Answerabilty among the representatives and people of the village. 3. An educated youth Association to be established to assist n help the Village Governance. 4. Engineering and Graduating Youth must be assigned some project works on Village Development as part of their education. 5. Natural forming, Solar Electricity, White revolution should be encouraged. 6. All plastic should be banned. Many cattle being killed by plastic pollution. 7. Must stop the Migration from Villages to Urban cities by providing employment. 8.Provide free education up to PG. 9. Must have Primary Health Centre with all facilities. Health & Educn must be Free
