The next panchayat must be equipped with grazing ground, four ponds, two vegetables and two fruit gardens and composite farming land for composite agriculture. Industrialists can be requested to adopt at least four panchayats each across the country.
Skilled labour force who are living without occupation and have been forced for no suitable profession or the farmers interested in other than plantations must be encouraged with all options, finally, uninterrupted connectivity around the locality during rainy seasons is the challenge of any government.
The transparency in the account of the panchayat head must be kept as a prerequisite to getting the next fund. And the version of education and health is right for all must adhere to the letter and spirit.

Although the GOI is empowering panchayati raj institution for better dev. but anticipated results by the villagers are not fulfilled . It can't be denied that there is corruption at every level from officers to panchayat representatives. The Grievances are not properly redressed because these officers are deputed as inquiry officers. The state govt. reluctant to take action against the panchayat due to vote bank.I think it is very tuff work for union govt to curb the corruption at this grassroots institution.
The involvement of local leaders with rural dev. deptt is main hindrance to fulfill the objectives of panchayats.
It has become neccessary to enact rigid laws for proper utilization of taxpayer money.
The less literacy rate of panchayat representatives is also a problem. They are unable to do digital online work and wholly depending on govt employees. The minimum qualifications for Pradhan, up pradhan and ward members should be specified so that work may not be suffered.
