Exploiting of Employees in corporate world. Please do needful to ensure the citizens of India are not exploited by the corporate world. Please make it ensured that corporate world do not Layoff its employees frequently. Please ensure to give the benefits only to those employers who do not frequently terminate staff or force them to resign. Govt should maintain record of how many employees are recruited by the corporates in a year and how many are terminated. how many resigned how many got promotions and how many are retained without any rise in salary. Some benefits should be allowed to the corporates that encourage them to retain their staff without dismissing them unless there is too much necessity to do so so that people once they get job start to live a peaceful life without having to think/fear of losing job always.
