NCERT की पुस्तकों में न्यायालयों में Corruption संबंधित सूचना जायज़ है लेकिन आधी-अधूरी सूचना है इसलिए Corrupt बवाल मचाए हुए हैं। जो बिचारे trial cases में नाजायज़ जेलों में बंद हैं वो सब incompetent या नाकामयाब कानूनी प्रक्रिया का नतीजा है जिसके आगे lower court के Judges भी निरुत्तर हैं क्योंकी वो कोई भी फैसला कानून के दायरे में रहकर सुनाते हैं। इसका समाधान है कि Aritificial Intelligence(AI). Lower District Courts को AI के अधीन कर देना चाहिए। यानी Judge जो फैसला तय करे वो AI में feed करें और AI उसके सामने अपने options दे और Judge के फैसले की Rating करे जिससे की न्यायाधीशों के निर्देशों और फैसलों की समीक्षा हो सके और final decision AI का हो। यह सब court की website/Domain पर case related information Publish होना चाहिए। इससे कोई भी निर्दोष trial cases में बेवजहा जेल नहीं जाएगा और आम जनता पुलिस और Court के Corruption से भी मुक्त हो जाएगी

This issue is regarding getting a locker in a bank. My daughter came from USA to Mumbai and wanted a locker to keep her valuables for safe custody. It was quite difficult t locate a branch having available locker. In this regard I have a suggestion that at least all government banks can be directed to display availability of lockers branch wise on website so that it can be helpful to every one as well as complete transparency is maintained in this area. Something like common wealth, as Bharat as the leader and good cooperation between the member nations. it will promote peace, regional development, economic and military power , common currency and what not. In the beginning, pakistan and Bangladesh may not be willing to be a part. but later they may also join the group. this group can be extended from Afghanistan to Malaysia.Countries as afganistan, nepal, bhutan, myanmar, Vietnam, thailand,Laos, indonesia, malaysia , sreelanka, Maldives and later on Pakistan and Bangladesh will be a single group under the leadership of India.Then malaka straight, the Indian Ocean and arabian sea will be under our control. The countries with common history, legacy and culture can co-operate and develop together. This model will be more successful than the EU. I am sure about it. This will be a final solution for many socio economic and security issues.
