Respected Prime Minister Sir Sir as a young researcher of DRDO we are given very little exposure to showcase our talent to our senior scientists and prove ourselves efficient. Sir, it's been a year since I joined DRDO and during this time I single-handedly developed a product for our services. Despite our every little contribution to nation-building, we research fellows are deprived of credits and respect just because we are not permanent employees. Sir, I am not here to beg you for some favor or grace, but I just want to convey to you that please give us a chance to showcase ourselves and then let the organization decide whether we are an asset or not.
