The Judiciary is not understanding the fact that the present Wakf Act allows the judiciary to judge on cases related to Wakf properties. The previous Wakf Act passed in 2013 did not allow the Judiciary to play any role. THe judiciary was holding a conspicuous silence, then from 2013 to 2025, allowing murder of the Constitution. Now the 2025 Wakf Act allows Judiciary strong teeth, but instead of solving the grievances of the persons affected by the Wakf Act 2013, the judiciary is fighting with the Parliament as if why it has been given the rights to judge.
In such a case, Dear Modiji, kindly make an amendment to the present Wakf Act passed in 2025 that all grievances of the Wakf properties will be addressed by the Parliamentary committee appointed by the Prime Minister of Bharat from time to time.

Subject: Request to Permit License-Free Soap-Making for Home and Micro Enterprises
Respected Sir,
I am a small business, attempting to start a line of soap and cosmetics manufacturing of my own. I found India’s regulations for home-based business and micro businesses prohibitive for soaps and cosmetics manufacturing. These laws are in contrast with regulations in some of the open economies around the world, and heavily loaded in favour of large enterprises in India.
I submit this request to kindly consider allowing soap-making and cosmetics-making without the requirement of a manufacturing license for home-based and micro industries in accordance with global norms. In countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, small-scale soap-making is legally permitted as a commercial activity under simplified, non-restrictive regulations.
