Government is doing a lot, and the actions are also visible with the execution of several projects duly getting witnessed. In our ancient culture certain kingdom used to be called as “स्वर्णिम युग”, a golden era — where people lived in self-sufficiency, harmony, and dignity. One key factor, the presence of Institutions — not just centre of learning, but holistic ecosystems that built values, leadership, and sustainability. On the similar lines, can we develop the “self-funded” institutions in the most holistic approach, providing basic needs of education, health, livelihood learning lessons (COE), free of cost, without any strings attached. This will help develop the communities to be self-reliant bridging the disconnect between material growth & human development that further reduces, (if not eliminate) the imbalance that risks societal unrest and vulnerability to negative influences.

In continuation - Assisting police to manage traffic was also a great experience. At times,I felt highly VVIP, seeing the significance of my duty ICard issued by the mela authority was above all. Ensuring safety of each devotee for a safe bath at ghats was something very unique to experience. After the souring stampede, every volunteer affirmed with more confidence, motivation & dedication ensuring that it does happens again. Higher officials & specialists imparted further rigorous training sessions & mock drills from time to time to meet challenges firmly. The awarded certificate by mela authority is my lifetime achievement socially, empowered me to serve mankind as first aid responder where ever I am, fulfilling the motto of civil defence "सर्व भूत हिते रत :" meaning "ENGAGED IN WELFARE OF ALL BEINGS". As a civil defence first responder volunteer,It was a great opportunity for me to get an extensive physical training & mock drills by various agencies like NDRF,SDMA,medical teams,police etc to assist the mela authorities for peaceful & successful conduct of world’s largest human congregation “MAHAKUMBH 2025” at Prayagraj. The 45 days were very hectic as every time I have to be on foot to honour my duties & responsibilities to ensure every devotee’s comfort & safe return. Extensive training was imparted for crowd & traffic management to ensure proper route guidance to devotees. It was very hectic specially during main bathing days. Without seeking any facilities & reimbursement from any agency, we were on foot even at times without food & water b’cause of heavy crowd, not seeing whether its day or night. Helping lost people to reunite with their families was a great challenging task specially during the heavy crowd where only heads were visible around and no land. contd
