Please introduce public service centres at all govt offices like public information officer under RTI act, 2005. Also please roll out public service centres website and mobile app in the name of One India common service centre with caption One Nation One Center for All services. All public services must be delivered through digital/online modes only. No need of paper. No corruption can be ensured. No delay in service delivery. 100% transparency and accountability. Easy to access for public services. Please look into the innovative idea for good quality service delivery in the public services.

Respected Prime Minister, Namaste. I am a humble citizen from Kerala devoted to nature conservation, afforestation, and environmental education through my initiative, Kauthuka Park. I believe nature is not merely a resource but a living system that sustains humanity. Through Kauthuka Park, I have created a space where people experience greenery and learn responsibility and sustainable living. This initiative has received encouragement from officials, visitors, and institutions. I believe true development must go hand in hand with ecological balance. I humbly request greater awareness across our nation about afforestation, responsible tourism, and environmental protection. Even small efforts can bring meaningful change. I feel proud to have dedicated my life to this cause and hope more citizens will join in protecting our environment. With respect and hope, Varkey Veliyath Kauthuka Park, Kerala

I beg to bring to your kind and urgent attention that I had earlier submitted a written complaint to this office on 19-02-2026, drawing attention to serious irregularities observed in the implementation of MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) works in our area. In that complaint, I had specifically highlighted that wages were being processed without proper compliance with government guidelines, particularly the mandatory requirement of uploading geo-tagged photographic proof of workers present at the worksite. It is deeply regrettable to state that, despite the passage of nearly two months since the submission of my earlier complaint, no action whatsoever appears to have been taken by the competent authorities in this regard. Neither has any acknowledgment of my earlier complaint been received, nor has any inquiry or corrective action been initiated. The concerned person has continued to indulge.

Many skilled Indians are contributing globally across industries, and encouraging short-term international work experiences can benefit both individuals and the nation. Such exposure helps in skill development, knowledge exchange, and strengthens India’s global presence. At the same time, these professionals can bring back valuable expertise and contribute to India’s economic growth. Highlighting this could inspire more people to explore global opportunities while staying connected to the country’s progress.

For the upcoming Mann Ki Baat on 26th April, I would like to suggest a vision of “Making India a Global Entrepreneurial Powerhouse.” The idea is to promote a complete “Seed-to-Scale India” ecosystem - where startups can be built entirely within India, from raw resources to global expansion. For example, a simple café brand could begin from cultivating coffee locally, processing, branding, and eventually expanding worldwide as a proudly Indian global chain. This can be enabled through: Government-backed startup incubator hubs across India with subsidized community workspaces Easier access to tax benefits, funding networks, and investor connect platforms Structured mentorship from industry leaders Strong AI integration support through partnerships with companies like Google, leveraging tools such as Google Gemini Land allocation for agri-based and sustainable startup models Promotion of local businesses via digital ecosystems like Google Maps

Respected PM Sir, Kindly use your good offices in curbing massive corruption that pervades most public service oriented departments, alongside ushering in of the long awaited Police Reforms, across the nation. Another key area of concern being non-restoration of train fare concession in respect of senior citizens. With warmest regards S.K.Gupta A Senior Citizen
