Respected sir, Many students from India go to foreign countries to study to become doctors. There are very few opportunities for medical students to study in this vast country of India. Many poor medical students miss the opportunity to study because of lack of money. We need to find a solution to this.

eventhough to safeguard our country we strive hard at global level, winning election coming to ruling party is by local elections. our people want who is good in convincing, lure, sit & talk with them. you are being PM & representative of party as brand other BJP leader using this making lazy & luxury life. we need not intelligent but honestly working who touch heart'of people. once we get that EQ, the IQ will follow it. building emotional affection & false promises made by other party will loose Hopes in minds of people specially women & youths who are active participant during election, village people go more emotional by talks. same technique used by Mr. Devegowda, Mr.Kumar Swamy by crying infront of mic during election campaign. they ask all people to attend by arranging KSRTC busses, if anyone not attending will be denied ration of BPL card. it's local goons who create fear by threaten & offer with free liquor, money, cooker, clothes for each House visit. after election they get ₹

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं ऐसे विशेष बालक-बालिकाओं व उनके अभिभावकों की समस्यों से अवगत कराना चाहता हू जिनका जन्म आन्तरिक विकृतियों के साथ होता है। (जैसे कोलोस्टोनोमी, आन्तरिक शरीर के विशेष अंगों की कमी इत्यादी जन्मजात विकृतियॉ) वर्तमान समय में चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में क्रांतिकारी विकास के कारण शिशु मृत्यु दर नगण्य होने के कारण 60 वर्ष पूर्व बने विकलांगता कानून के लाभ से वे वंचित है। वर्तमान परिपेक्ष में विशेष चिकित्सकिय अनुसंधान कर विकलांगता कानून में उन्हे भी लाभ प्राप्त हो जाये तो सामाजिक (विवाह संबंधों में आने वाली समस्या इत्यादी) व आर्थिक समस्याओं से मुकाबला करते हुए समाज में भागीदारी प्रदान कर सकें।
