Businesses need not survive beyond their economic need or social need. But Individuals will live beyond their normal earning life. They need to save funds during their earning lives to be able to take care of their economic needs in their older age when they are in retirement, i.e. they are beyond their earning lives. The idea of incentivising long term savings like PF, PPF etc. arise from this need. Similar is the idea to incentivise life insurance and home ownership. Also the need for medical insurance. Chapter VIA deductions are for these. But the amounts are scattered on multiple sections and are small. There is a need to simplify these deductions and enhance their amounts. Individuals need to save for their post earnings lives as well. Else this burden would fall on the State as social security. The deductions like 80C aim to incentivise that. These need to be liberally enhanced.

This budget should be focused on develop of enterpreneur mindset in our youth generation.it is need and demand of time. 1 A proper infrastructure should be develop for promote Entrepreneurship skill in youth generation. 2 A enterpreneur tax should be imposed on all people for promote innovative mindset . 3 A national enterpreneur course has been started in all school and college for develop innovative mindset. 4 A financial support should be given to all of interpreneur to develop his business idea convert into business model. 5 An interpreneur skill centre should be opened for business mind people.

Income Tax burden must be reduced for all Salaried Person and Pensioners. Air Fare in all tourist places must be lower to promote tourism within country. VRS option for all employees after attaining 55 years to create job for young. Merger of Four PSU GIPSA Company immediately to avoid fake competition within GOVT. Cos. Bring Old Pension Scheme for all. Oil Sector must cover with GST to abolish the Cess and various Tax. Health Insurance for all without GST or minimum GST. Green Cover increase for all Metro Cities and all other State Capitals. Train and Air Fare Concession for All persons more than 55 Years. Unmarried daughters must be covered under Family Pension Scheme. Family Pension Must be increased to 50%. Reduced Top Level Management in all Government Sectors and PSU. Free Drinking Water for all Houses in the Country. Bring law to reduce Flat / Land price .

Impose wealth tax of 1% on market value of land/property on those who owns more than minimum say 1000 sq feet of carpet area.

Abolish NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME NPS. RESTORE OLD PENSION SCHEME OPS. SAVE OUR GOVT EMPLOYS.

1. Change minimumEPS pension to 10000, even a free pension for senior citizens is 3000 and my father who is retired from govt corporation getting under 2000. I know around 100 of his colleagues suffering with this. I feel it is ridiculous. 2.changing the taxable salary limit to 10 lacs. Expenses have increased and pls consider this

following things shall be made available in video format on government site . 1. Proper diet and food/nutrition as per agroclimatic zones 2. Nutrition, body, basic science,children,fitnes healthcare , personal hygiene,sex education, skill development schemes of government shall be made available to 16 plus children and adults in "crash course" video format . This will be mandatory course for 10 th pass student with certificate 3. basic science ,maths ,history, geography,yoga all subjects shall be covered in "crash course" format to illiterate adults in local language , this would help vulnerable sections like minority, women, sc,St. this will be "alternative to formal education" system. By completing this crash course of 4-6 months person will also recieve certificate . 4. government needs to launch robust "video format" mechanism on YouTube to make aware about schemes and policies and its content . everything shall be covered in all local languages including tribal languages.

महोदय जिस पर मैं यह लिख रहा हूं उसका नाम है हिंदी में मेरी सरकार लेकिन मैं इसको अपनी सरकार कैसे मानूं जब हम अंशदाई पेंशन योजना वालों के साथ बहुत बड़ा अन्याय किया जा रहा है इसलिए अक्टूबर 2004 के बाद लगे हुए सभी कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन योजना में जिसे हम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि पेंशन योजना भी कहते हैं उसको तत्काल लागू किया जाना चाहिए यह एक बहुत बड़ी मांग है और उसे पूरा किया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि हमने अपने पुराने साथियों को देखा है जो 80000 मूल वेतनमान पर थे उन्हें पेंशन सिर्फ ₹3000 मिल रही है अंशदाई पेंशन योजना वाली 25 25 साल सेवा करने के बाद सिर्फ ₹3000 पेंशन मिल रही है महोदय इसलिए इस अंशदाई पेंशन योजना को हटा करके पुरानी पेंशन योजना को लागू किया जाए यह मेरा आपसे करबद्ध निवेदन है
