But Sir, I am facing a problem to participate the tender for any state without West Bengal, because our Office in West Bengal. For example, Any tender published in Delhi then they were mentioned that an office of the service provider must be located in the state of consignee. So that, I can't submit the tender because I have not any office address in Delhi. If it is right, then what is the fruitful for this portal.
