Taking the vision of the new National Education Policy (NEP) as envisioned under the dynamic
leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of India has developed the National Credit Framework (NCrF) to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. NCrF would be a game changer by opening numerous options for further progression of students and inter-mingling of school and higher education with vocational education and experiential learning, thus mainstreaming skilling and vocational education. NCrF will also enable students who have dropped out of mainstream education to re-enter the education ecosystem.

NCrF will seamlessly integrate the credits earned through school education, higher education, and
vocational and skill education by encompassing the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF), National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and National School Education Qualification Framework (NSEQF). It also supports educational acceleration for students with gifted learning abilities and Recognition of Prior Learning for the workforce that has acquired knowledge and skills informally through the traditional family inheritance, work experience or other methods. The inclusive umbrella framework aims to make the options for Multiple Entry-Multiple Exit accessible and applicable across higher education, school education and vocational education, allowing students to choose their own learning trajectories and programmes.

The framework has been jointly developed by a committee constituted by the Government with members from UGC, AICTE, NCVET, NIOS, CBSE, NCERT, Department of School Education and Literacy & Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, DGT, and Ministry of Skill Development under the guidance of Union Minister of Education and Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

The Government is inviting comments and observations by the 30th of November on the document
which is available in the link below for download.

cont-- Now INDIA is standing in a place where INDIA has received G20 submitt also, INDIA is a country where every INDIAN now the actual reality and position of the country and those who don't know always stands with the negativity of the countries growth in a plate. The NCrF relies on a unified approach across the education and skilling frameworks enabling the education and skilling ecosystem in implementing a comprehensive credit-based framework. While catering to multi-disciplinarity and holistic education across sciences, social sciences, arts, humanities and sports, NCrF enables multiple entry - multiple exit (MEME) pathways in general & vocational education; ensures flexibility for students to choose their learning trajectories and career choices, including option for mid-way course correction or modification, as per their talents and interests;

cont-- the education line up different subjects should be included where handwork will be taught like related with parts of machines how it works, when it works and where it works and what are the advantages and disadvantages and should be taught sometime in practical mode also, related with mobility also, related with software also, related with different mechanism also from the first stage of the child growth for the country from the countries point of view. cont-- related to educatinoal line up. Every family has their own dreams for their child to get a good back up with a best quality education with a better results. But none of them think about this, that as much Education is important it should be physically and virtually in different fields with different activities like teaching of AI (Artifical Intelligence) & ML ( Machine Learning) in the form of a subject and startup with different demos. If the child from the age of 15 starts to understand how they have to react with their education line up, I promise you every child will be activated from INDIA as a Diamond. Sometime teachers find good students so that their work becomes easy to make them understand and some time the dulls are insulted in front of the whole classes related to their studies, and that becomes a pressure for them. It is not a disturbing co-incidence that stirs my amazements on this holy occasion to commomerate one of the most important landmark of INDIA's great National Credit Framework manifesting the National Educational Policy of 2020 in the form of New INDIA with new Framework with 2022. What INDIA thinks today We citizen of INDIA thinks tomorrow that is the reality and actual taste of INDIA, but some of them are far away from the blessing of our country mother land, INDIA sitting ideal working for the family and neighbour in international countries. How can we explain the love of the country to them. Educated are all but the difference is how we behave and react. This is really a best topic founsd in the discussion forum in the panel of MY GOV. I being the change maker for the country is really happy to put some important ideas and suggestion related to this NEP 2022 in the form of National Credit Framework. If we see or focus deeply we will find that INDIA is standing on the front foot

क्लर्क माइंडसेट से सारा कार्यक्रम बनाया जा रहा है । बहुत उलझा हुआ कार्यक्रम बनानें से विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों पर फालतू का बोझ डाला जा रहा है । विद्यार्थियों को दिमाग उलझाया जा रहा है । विद्यार्थियों का शरीर बिगड रहा है तनाव में जी रहे हैं । पूरी नींद नहीं आ रही है । उलझन भरे हुए प्रोग्राम बनाकर. शिक्षा को विद्यार्थियों को बर्बाद किया जा रहा है । इससे देश का, समाज का, जनता का और विद्यार्थियों का कुछ भी फायदा नहीं होगा । स्कूल वाले सिर्फ खानापूरी करेंगे बस । माता-पिता कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं लेंगे । मेरा अनुरोध है कि इस तरह के सारे अपने कार्यक्रम बंद करें । विद्यार्थियों के दिमाग को गोदाम बनाया जा रहा है । सरल शिक्षा दे। तनावमुक्त माहौल में विद्यार्थियों को सुविधा हो ऐसा कार्यक्रम शुरू करे ।

it is appreciable thing to introduce credit score based education system NEP20. At the same time we need to develop VALUED EDUCATION. That means we need to add ethics, morale, self respect, respect to others, in all the levels of education . That is from Level 1 to Level 8. At lower levels we need to concentrate & focus more. some credits shall be allotted for following of ethics. From rly stage itself we need to create awareness about following of ethics. Then only we can expect responsible & accountable and valued citizens..
