India is a developing country. Every one sees here a market in every aspect like manufacturing industry, IT field, medical, defense and education. Education field has a lot of opportunity. And every one invests in this field. In India qualitative education is so far for common people. The corruption in Local(state) government has collapsed the education system like Up and bihar. And India is not producing a skilled persons. Central govt has undertake the all education system from state govt.

Our system still follows Victorian style discipline system even when India is a democracy where everyone, including a child should have free speech and liberty. Strict instructions should be given to school authorities and teachers that they should not dominate children as it makes the children weak internally and make them submissive and subservient. Instead, they should be taught self-discipline and leadership and integrity development classes should be made mandatory for each student.

Psychological testing like MBTI should be made mandatory in class 4-5. Students of particular types should be divided into different classes based on their personality type, and their education should be designed accordingly. Although, there should be certain classes where they can inter-mingle and work together, especially in sports and via competitions.

Majority of students after completion of HSC do not know where they actually want to make career. This results in the situation where parents tell students where to go. In the midst of graduation student feels that his interest is different. So in higher education students should be aware of possible career options and they should be given time to know their interest and then independently they can choose their option. So skill development programs should happen after 10th.

Government started system of practical assessment in class 9th and 10th to promote skill formation. In reality, students ended up writing about 50 pages (for making their practical file) and did not actually do the practicals. To sum up, the complete practicals system backfired. So, making practical files should not be necessary, and govt. should instead ask for videos of students doing practicals to make sure that schools conduct practicals correctly. But practical files shall be discontinued.
