नियोजनीयता को बढ़ाने के लिए कोशल आधारित पाठ्येक्रमों को नियमित पाठ्येक्रमों का भाग बनाया जाना चाहिए,उच्च शिक्षा के साथ-साथ व्यावसायिक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दीया जाना चाहिए!

Integrating skill development in higher education requires an appropriate and inclusive Scholarly Communications Strategy in every higher educational institution. In order to achieve this, please introduce the University-wide Research Communications Strategy, and introduce position of "Assistant Professor in Information, Media and Digital Literacy" in every research department in Indian universities.

All govt. employees should have khadi / handloom uniform. If this is implemented, the khadi sector will dramatically change to provide big opportunities of poor people making khadi.

There should be a lateral entry of skilled craftsmen in technical education at appropriate level based on their skill. IGNOU should develop certificate / diploma programmes for artisans to enable this.
