To become a sports super-power, India needs to be top 3 Olympic medal earner, a top 3 soccer & tennis nation in the world-cup to be recognized in the world. There are 3 ways to accomplish this. First, we need academies to find talent and second hire world-class coaches from other countries to assist in winning medals. Finally, the athletes and sports players need to have big monetary or recognition incentives to actually win a medal and perform

to generate revenues we have to let the players make a door to door approach. Once this starts , students in all Mohallas can start this drive to collect funds for the stadium. You will be surprised that in a few months you will have enough funds to make a few stadiums not one.

We must start picking up great players from a very young age. between 10-18 years of age from all schools irrespective of their parents financial back ground. Once this starts, it will take less than 10 years for Bharat to get maximum Olympic Gold medals! Obviously, once we pick up talent from schools and give them best world class training in different sports disciplines with a Bharatiya touch, magic will flow from their training!

Set up coaching facilities in the stadiums. With proper advertisement and a competent coaching staff involving former sportsmen and athletes, sufficient revenue can be generated. Furthermore, the facility can be rented out to educational institutes to host their annual sports events.

You can ask Pvt schools to contribute 30% of their Capitation / Donation that gets Black into Organize Inter-school Sporting events. I obviously feel parents may be willing to pay to watch their children grow in as much as Sports as in Studies themselves. However the events be conducted in Public grounds that might generate a decent amount of Revenues. Were these events to take place on a Govt declared WEEK every Year. This annual program may come entirely under Spots ministry - Who wont say no.
