1. SAI needs to come forward and organize and sponsor events. 2. "SAI" is not promoting itself. So, they need a promoter, they need to advertise on TV or through hoardings. 3. SAI Stadia are made open to all people and generate ID cards for them by charging some amount. By that amount, they need to undertake former players as coaches and provide world class training to the players. 4. Charging schemes should be different for Upper classes and Middle/Lower classes.

India is facing lot of challenges in getting medals in Olympics. So the SAI stadium should conduct a programme which should call the youths to come forward to participate in the Olympics. This will help the government to make use of the stadium & after in the ideal times SAI stadium can conduct the events like summer batches & winter batches, So this will lead to generate the revenue to stadium. The other events can be conducted like some global meet, national & foreign delegates functions

My idea is provide lane for cycle on road to everywhere in Gurgaon, in fact in whole India. So everyone can go easily through cycle anywhere. If we take this step, we can save environment from pollution and our consumption of petrol will come down.

To generate income encourage private builders to utilize NRI funds & Domestic funds with proper returns to them. Slowly increase their percentage from 10 percent to 40 percent for builders who stands & prove themselves in the business. Even reduce the fair to conduct the marriage&celebration at same cost for conducting in marriage halls. So you don't need to put your stadium empty also for couple it is a pride for them to conduct their marriage. Establish corresponding rules to implement safely.

Indians and All NRI having enough money to invest for developments, but there is no proper way and implementation system to establish it. Their money should give them proper returns. So like abroad at least one event per week should be conducted in all stadiums, so it generates income & social life. Even allow drinks in limited quantity to generate income and encourage more people to socialize. Use private security to monitor,which generate jobs and crowd control training to Indian citizens
