The neighboring countries like Bhutan. Bangladesh and Burma should be invited to use our world class facilities to train their youth in our stadiums. In this way there will be a good international exposure, goodwill with other countries will increase and the stadiums will generate revenue simultaneously. A series or friendly matches can be organized during the course of training which can be open to public to be viewed. Tickets to be sold to schools and colleges.

better governance at zero cost Make name plate compulsory for every one. Beginning with government servents. DO a study. We know that a name plate makes every one more responsible. A person with name plate will not behave irresponsibility. He know people read his name and will know who he / she is. Request: May Modiji put a name plate and teach by example.h

By involving and providing coaching to private colleges and private institutes on reasonable prices. make sports compulsarfor each and everyone and organising various tournaments on small scales and then further expand them like rahgiri and winners must be falicitate and also charge something from them. if everthing goes right many new sponsors get attracted and bring money to stadium. It also encourages new atheles to perform better and bring pride to nation.

Shooting gives you most medals abroad, but getting into the sport is a nightmare. Prev govt made a token gesture of duty free import of only .177 air guns, not .22 for some strange reason . though sub standard .22 guns made locally are sold everywhere. In reality you have to go through dealers or bribe to clear your guns. Instead why doesn't govt charge duty and but ensure hassle free import. Its easier to buy an illegal firearm in india than to import an air gun hassle free for sport.

Stadia should be available to schools and colleges on rent at reasonable prices, that way they get used and maintained plus youth get exposure to performing in international quality facilities. They can also be leased out to entertainment companies at much higher prices, but facilities have to be provided and red tape got rid of.
