I was reading a news yesterday in HT about IIT graduates recruitment drive & pay package offered to them. The thought came to my mind is that when govt of India invest so much to educate these students then why the thought of contributing to the nation does not click to these students. My view is that govt should ask these students to contribute to the nation first by tapping their skills to the require field like energy, power etc & ask to sign a bond for at least 6 years.

5. 10 to 20 per cent with drawls will be used exclusively their day to day needs and no scope for giving bribes and no body can afford to give bribes for loosing their day to day transactions. 6. No fool will receive a bribe through cheque or online transaction since it keeps record which helps the Govt. to cheque the transactions. Thus bribing can be controlled(curbed) to the maximum extent.

Discourage the terrorists/factionists who risks their lives with lure of huge amounts given to their families, if they die in the attack or bomb blasts. Their misdeeds will be reduced. 4. 4. Any payment above Rs. 1,000/- should be made through cheques or any other instrument or through online transactions. It keeps the records of the both the payer and the payee so that the government can also check the over and above income of the citizens. Let us consider how effective and useful are the above steps. 1. Only four denominations of plastic currency minimises the cost of making currency for Govt. of India.

2. Using Nono-Technology microphones should be arranged in the plastic currency to record the conversation of the individuals. 3. Only 10 to 20 per cent of the bank balances of the customers may be allowed to be withdrawn monthly for their day to day petty expenses. Larger amounts should be withdrawn only through cheques/credit/debit cards. It prevents unnecessary expenditure.

Success,Progress and targets can never be achieved without overcoming and arresting the obstructions, mainly corruption. We must think of the following remedies to correct the corrupt practices which hinder the all round development of our country. 1. Paper Currency need to be replaced by Plastic Currency. The newly introduced plastic currency must be only in Rs. 5,10,20,50 denominations and no higher values.

Today Corruption is universal threat for people living in India mostly There may be a place where air fears to spread, but it is none other than corruption that ventures to dance on every inch of this earth. It is true that millions of our population are starving but it is not exaggeration if we say there is no one who is not effected by corruption. Corruption impedes the development of the Nation and as well as individuals at every step. Hence we must wage a war against it.
