Idea: Move all criminal records (conviction/arrests/jail time/on-going cases, etc.) to a single database system and make it available to public as a background check system/website. To make such a system, the IT team will collect the records from every police station/jail/court in India. It will be "more data entry and less code" work, however, people doing it should be well educated and highly qualified so no errors can be made while entering records in the database. GOI can use big IT partners

GOI should emphasize Indian national identity and relentlessly promote this among the youth. The youth of India should be proud of self-identifying as an "Indian" instead of just local identities such as Gujurati, Punjabi, Bengali, etc. The collective pride in self-identifying as an Indian will undoubtedly strengthen the country in many ways. All powerful countries in the world today have citizens who have national pride. If they do, why can't India as well??

1.Moral value education should be started. 2.Non-formal education groups of youths should be started. 3.Excellent TALENTED youth should be selected through a National Talent Hunt & promote their education & career WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION BENEFITS ONLY MERIT. 4. A Model code should be imposed for POLITICIANS,GOVT EMPLOYEES, JUDGES & other stake holders of Public-Social service persons. It give a hope & enthusiasm in youth for TRUTH & RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Before we instill the social values in the contemporary youth,we need to understand the secret of having the values.Today their is the need to remind the the meaning of HUMAN and HUMANITY to our youth and all the citizens.Everything in this universe has got two aspects and so the word human has.Every human has two play two roles in the life former is role in his small world i.e. his family and other is this big world i.e. his social role. Both these play significant role.

Modiji said from the Red Fort, "Ye mera kya, aur mujhe kya... Inn sabse oopar uthein.. Sab kuch apne liye nahi hota, kuch cheezein Desh ke liye bhi hoti hain..." I think every youth ought to derive inspiration from these words and whatever proffession one takes up, be that of a doctor, a lawyer, an engineer or an entrepreneur, he/she must work on it with a feeling of selfless service to the nation. With this, youth resources can be utilized properly and also, corruption will decline drastically.
