1) Try to impement extra security measures like biometric verifications, mobile no. authentication, etc. 2) Some discounts on big scale shopping with cards. 3) Make sure there are not any bogus transactions using customer's data; some sites don't use proper security measures [penalize them]. 4) Creating awareness that digital payments are safe & secure.

1) please mandate bio-metrics authentication for the possible payments using digital technology. This will make sure secure payments, avoid malfunctions and even uneducated can use it after practice as it requires thumb reading. 2) regressive awareness should be given to people to adopt digital payments. 3) make all the banking sites with a strong server connection to avoid failure payments due to heavy load. Thanks, Balaji Jai hind

Need exists to direct banks to issue wifi enabled swipe machines to all traders free of rental charges for atleast 5/10 years in all class A/B/C cities atleast to enable digital payments. Moreover charges for all such payments be reduced to 0 to facilitate acceptance of card payments. In the second phase the facility could be extended to all villages with digital connectivity.Where all WIFI connectivity does not exist provision for a rent free tele line be made to speed up the processof DP.

I have installed BHIM App, Some problem still there , Try to change UPI PIN it was not changed , Transfer money from SB Account , in bank statement does not shows whom I have transfer only some UPI code , I think either mobile number should be reflected in Bank statement of Account number or name whom i have paid should be reflected in statement so that entry will be easily traced. reset with debit card option is not working, if AAdhar inbuilt into BHIM APP then security problem

Sir, I have some suggestions for Aadhar card, could be a repeat or under consideration already, at the moment the aadhar card application process is slightly cumbersome, can there also be some online appointments specific centres, secondly for the school students specially for board exams instead of them going to the centres is it not possible for the aadhar centre to ask schools to facilitate one day so all children atleast for the board exams can get their cards issued at school itself.
