Dear Sir - to build a less corrupt and transparent digital economy, it has to operate similar to cash economy. The service charges on digital transactions have to go down or be nominal such that it encourages people to go cashless. Government services and banks service charges are high and this curbs a wider reach of digital economy in the early stages itself. The sooner this change the better. Please consider and bring about a suitable action as early as you could. Thanking you kindly, Jai Hind

#DigitalPayments Online/Debit Card/Digital Transaction: 1. NEFT online fund transfer shall be available 24X7, currently it's restricted with some time frame. 2. There should be NO/ZERO Transaction charge or any service tax for all DEBIT CARD Transaction to the customers/public as we already paying Yearly Maintenance Charge for these cards to BANKS. if charges required then it should be from Merchants only. 3. All State & Central departments should have the facility to accept the CARD PAYMENT.

Committee views are very clear, balanced and changemaking. #DigitalPayments were already going on since past several years but inclusion was very small. Problem is not of payment but of DEPOSITS made in bank. People dont approach becoz of more queues, non availability in remote areas as well as many other, hence the time saved in making payments got consumed in making deposits. Deposit kiosk,POS,adhar enabled etc to be increased like ATMs. Large no. Of public go to bank to make deposits only.

Respective PRIME MINISTER, I have purchased 2 kg of sweet worth Rs. 580/- and have paid Rs. 32/- as tax(VAT) i.e. total=RS. 612/- This is because I paid through digital means and got the bill for the same. But other people are paying only Rs 580/- (i.e. no VAT) through cash for the same thing. The gist is that these shopkeeper encouraging people to pay by cash. SO WHY WE PAY THROUGH DIGITAL MEANS WHEN WE HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN OTHERS PAYING THROUGH CASH. WHY AN HONEST CITIZEN PAY PENALTY?

2 biggest advantages are: 1) Huge amount saved that has spent on printing currency could be used in some other useful work 2) It would be easier to trace and track crimes happening in country for greed of money by tracking transactions happening from an account.
