Digitization is a wonderful step taken by our Respected PM , but it will be success if it will be supported all the side , today i heard the news the bank charging on debit or credit transaction but it will again force to cash payment because no any enterprise, or distributor, or any others businessmen will accept due to charges, for example in case of petrol pump distributors, why they want their loss? The Digital transaction should be free , it will be beneficial both side.

Thanks to government to launch BHIM application.I believe Transaction charges will not be there if we transact through BHIM application.I will like to highlight following two points.
1. Government to keep check on banks if they are supporting this application.
2. Since BHIM app. is without any advertisements , etc which will consume high data. Government can think making the telecom operators mandatory to allow all mobile users to use there network without any data charge or activation.

At present there have been many cases, where Indian debit or credit cards have been used fraudulently outside India. This results in inconvenience to the card holder to get the money back
The banks should implement software authorization which can block the use of cards outside India. The authorization to allow use outside India when card holder is travelling abroad should only occur after written request or through the bank website only.
This will reduce fraud and card holder liabilities

1.The very first thing for Digital Payment or online banking is to stop charging any transaction charge for all transaction made digitally. Bank already charging Card fee.
2.Cash withdrawal should be chargeable after 3 time in a month.
3.Give order to banks sir. Banks are running because of RBI.
4.continue to give discount on digital payment.
5.Fix limit of Cash transaction of shop keeper so that they will say to customer for online or digital payment.

As a common man I have following concerns to ensure smooth less cash/nocash transactions:
1.Develop poilicies for long term cashless transctions rather than short term sops
2.With time policies need to be further liberal so that it should be encouraging rather discouraging
3.WiFi/ internet availability at remotest of remote place
4.Accessibility of net/ wifi facilities at reasonable cost without additional burden to common man
5.Price discount on opting for cashless business

simplest system without any charge should be developed for cashless transaction from any mobile. just as we book Gas cylinder. All mobile no and banks should be linked. A person has to dial from his mobile *99*100*1234567890# where 100 is amount and 1234567890 is mobile no of the receiver. sender's mobile no is already registered so not required. payment is transferred from sender's bank to receiver's bank
