Today everybody know that EDUCATION is necessiaty. So why not on education?Today parents make lot of investment in this. And as we know that new sessions are coming,so why we should not make the payment digitally.Parents can directly make the payments digitally. And i think it should be applicable on schools, colleges and also to recogonised coaching centres. And govt. should order to the coaching centres to must provide the facility of BHIM APP.

To enhance economic strength of the country a voluntary contribution is required from the business class as salaried class is already doing paying income tax as per the rule and against of this they should be liable to get government subsidies facilities like free medical treatment etc.

Please put in place a system through which a payment can be made instantly by entering Aadhar number or mobile number instead of tedious process of registering a payee etc. This will help farmers get payments for their produce instantly.

10. Strengthen Information security and periodic audit by bank, UPI, digital payment companies and mobile handset manufactures
11. Consider implementing Single Payment gateway for all government agencies (Central and State) which will reduce operational cost (refer UK Government Banking Service who had implemented similar concept)
12. when company file their return, they need to declare their revenue by % of cash vs. non cash. Use data for increase in digital payments

Quick win
5. Additional rules can be imposed like mandate POS or BHiM APP where shops area >250 Square feet (in city) and > 500 Sq feet for small town/village
6. Mandate purchase of Infrastructure items by Real Estate only by Digital payments
8. Setup Vigilance team or email address, so that people can report who are doing wrong
9. Encourage farmers to use digital payments for sale of grains, paddy, rice etc., and purchase of fertilizers and it eliminates bogus claims of non-farm community

Currently farmers are facing problems for receiving payments on sale of their produce.
A radical new way of payments must be found to help farmers get payment for their produce instantly in their bank accounts. How about using POS machine to pay farmer? A farmer may insert his debit card into a POS machine. The merchant then 'PAYS INTO DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT' instead of accepting payment as is current practice. This will reduce all errors of registering a payee etc.Farmers can be paid instantly
