Many self earning Indians doesn't pay tax.We may draft a special plan to include the teachers to reach out to those non tax payers to make them pay the tax.that That new tax payment could be used primarily for the education sector. The school/college/teacher/students who raise such a kind of fund should be encouraged by incentives or awards. So the students also will get to know how the common people is helping them to study so that they too will be responsible and will pay taxes when they earn.

Its difficult to balance finance and spread of education. Therefore privatization is the only option. Till date there are no fixed rules and regulations for private university, college or school. Government should strictly lay down rules for these agencies. And implementation is also one concern. New policy for private sector in higher education should be drafted

make higher education affordable to poor peoples. Scrap the current syllabus.implement new advanced syllabus

Introduce research & patent based ranking system.Select top ten universities or Institutions. Fund them for 1 year. Allow privet industries to select a student & finance them. Stop providing subsidy to higher education.Allow the universities generate money from patent licencing.Allow the student to work in university campus to meet his/her regular expenses.

इस नयी शिक्षा नीति में विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए उनके लिए प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा के लिए हर स्कूल निजी / सरकारी में एक विशेष व्यवस्था वाले कक्ष के साथ उनको अध्ययन की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए , इन बच्चों समाजीकरण में प्रारम्भ की विशेष शिक्षा विशेष महत्तव रखती हैं l विशेष बच्चों के सामाजिक शैक्षणिक और व्यवसायिक पुनर्वास के लिए केंद्र सरकार को 100% भागीदारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए , जिससे यह शिक्षा नीति इन बच्चों के लिए पहले से 100% अच्छी हो l

India needs more trade-based vocational schools. They should be established every district and at mandal/Taluk level. Those who do not want or cannot afford to go for higher studies, at least will be able to graduate from schools with skills that can fetch the employment

All primary to 12th class Govt school should be discontinue.Running cost of average govt school is more than Rs.2500 per student per month.All poor students must get admission in private schools and Govt should bear fee of all poor students.Any private school will be very happy to admit these poor students with govt fee of less than Rs.2500.

In my view through out india uniform syllabus to be formed from 5 th std onwards in all subjects except regional languages. So that a standard education can be provide to our children

now total work for computer based so,one of the subject create in computer science in government school (already implement in private school), only studied for poor people in government school
