The Solution for this in my opinion is at High School Level itself studnets should select skills like Weaving,Carpentry,Photography,Information Technology Horticulture and so on. . By this by completion of high School Study the student could get skill in one Vocation or other.to earn money Independently through SERVICES..

Caste Professions gradually got looked down even by the same castes people.They gradually disappeared. In the Socialistic Economy Days the Main Employer and Industrial Manager was the Government.. So Government Jobs became attractive .Even then Jobs are less But Employment Seekers are in abundance.due to enormous growth of Colleges and Universities..After Liberalization the situation has changed.. Educational Institutions have gone up. Graduates and Post Gradates Number is going up day by day.

At the start of the class child's mind should be calm, the teacher should manage to grab their attention and rouse their interest in the topic for the class. With complete attention, interest and focus achieves start explaining the concepts. Teach EVERY subject in a lab environment I.e make use of practical examples, simple artifacts or instruments to drive home the concepts and immediately make the students apply it in a life example. Thus encouraging applying their thought & to ask questions.

Ancient Greek Philosopher Plato said that every individual would have an aptitude in born in him. if he was allowed to develop in the line in which the or she ha d aptitude that person could contribute his best to the society.. In Independent India Education got commercialized in a phased manner..First Engineering and Medicine became the job getting and money earning sources. Naturally Glamour went up for those courses.. As a Result Donations System entered Education.That corrupted System.

Open up this area to the private sector. The increased competition will take care of all problems wrt quality and quantity.ie not only will we have the best quality of education but it will be available to the poorest of the poor.

Companies Act 2013 made it mandatory for companies who meet particular criteria to spend 2% of their average profits in 3 preceding financial years towards CSR. It’s expected that amount from CSR can cross Rs.20,000 crores in next few years. Govt. should leverage this power of CSR and Set-up a fund to sponsor all education expenses of low income families’ students who want to pursue higher education. Companies then should be allowed to infuse money into that fund as a part of their CSR activity

Launch student voucher program where vouchers will be given to students which can be redeemed at educational institutes for payment of fee. Similar program was launched by the Government of Colombia(1991) for schools to expand private provision of public services targeting low-income groups by offering vouchers to children falling into the 2 lowest socioeconomic strata. 3 years later, the beneficiaries were 10% more likely to have finished 8th grade. Same can be implemented in India for colleges

Repayment of government funded loans to students pursuing higher education can be linked to public sector serving. A loan-waiver can be given to the student if he or she agrees to work in a public sector/government institution for a while before joining private sector. And, it is not just highly skilled workers who can seek a write-off; even a simple graduate can avoid the repayment by serving in a government institution.

Government’s Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for micro & small enterprises to make available collateral-free credit to MSE sector can replicated for higher education. Like MSE sector, Banks are reluctant to lend loans to students for higher education due to high risk perception. In the above scheme, trust was set up to counter this by the Ministry for MSMEs ensuring guarantee cover to banks up to 75% of principal in case of default. Similar scheme should be launched for higher education as well
